“A flower blossoms for its own joy” - Oscar Wilde
A little bit about me…
Work at a flower shop here, take flower classes there (workshops in DC, Philadelphia, and Savannah); make flowers for a friend’s wedding here, enroll in design school there (SCAD BFA, Savannah Tech Historic Preservation, UGA Botanical Gardens). Suddenly you’re working for one of the top event designers in Savannah, Georgia. Then the world gets turned on its head, but opportunity arises and a future is born. The stars and planets align, a shop is for sale in my hometown and bought, and my dream came true.
Now I just want to share flowers with the world and try to do a little good here and there along the way.

Blue June Blooms is located at 63 East Main Street in Westfield, New York. If you’ve lived in town a while, you’ll remember Changing Seasons Flower Shoppe in the same location. That was my grandmother’s shop which she ran from the mid-eighties until around 2000.
Beverly Jean and I (Brittany Joanne), both born in June, share a favorite color of Blue. In the hopes of continuing my grandmother’s work with my own twist, Blue June Blooms was born.
